If you are reading this then you found one of the pages I added to my public site...the good news is you can do the same thing if you have a premium account.  Add pages, name them what you want, and they show up on your navigation list just like the ones you see above.

Website Manager:  We moved it, we changed it, we like it!  Notice that Website is now a tab on the top navigation bar?  We like it up there and how it opens the Website Manager in the same window you are working.  It was getting confusing to have Teamr open in one window, the website manager in another, and the public site in a third.  All better now!

Also notice the new *tabs* within the website manager.  These make things a bit easier to follow so that you can make the most of the tools offered to you.  While these are really cosmetic changes they affect functionality and ease of use.  Teamr offers some very powerful tools and we want to make sure everyone can find them and use them.  If there is anything you think would make the sites better just let us know.  Not you Michael....we know what you want :)

Email Tracking!!  This may not sound like a big one to some of you, but this function is really amazing for managing your contacts and database.  Send your emails and learn exactly how many were delivered, read, clicked on, or bounced.  Bounces allow you to *clean* your email lists on a regular basis and the others go far toward allowing you to judge the effectiveness of your marketing campaign.

Other companies charge you a lot more than our $5 /month premium fee for this type of functionality, and don't offer any of the other features that come with Teamr premium.  Check it out today and see how you like it.

Video Tutorials:  There is something to be said for visual learners and we understand!  Rather than read our descriptions, just take a look at the video tutorials that are posted as *roadblocks* on several pages (and are also available at all times in the learning center.)  If there is any functionality that you would like to see explained in video just let us know and we will add it to the list.  Lots more coming shortly!

Teamr Gear for your Public Website

New and Exciting things here at Teamr!  You can now offer your players, members, supporters, and fans the opportunity to buy customized gear with your team name and logo.  We have just finalized an agreement with Prep Sportswear where they will offer you all of this with no minimums, no set-up fees, and no obligation on your part.  Simply enter your team info, choose your team colors, and they will do the rest.

You can try it yourself by going to the public Website Manager and looking under the Layout tab.  Choose Sportswear, enter the required info, hit save, and you will see your finished product.  Clicking on the banner ad will take you to the PrepSportswear page that was designed for your team or group and you can see exactly what is available.

Whether you are looking for T-shirts to sell, team uniforms, or a gift for one of the players, this is the place to go.  Submit your order online and your gear will arrive at your house a few days later.

If you don't like it for some reason, just turn it off!  There is a checkbox on the set-up screen that allows you to control whether the Gear page is displayed on your site or not.  Just like everything else on Teamr...you choose exactly how much information is shown.

Tired of paying ebay every time you sell something online?  Don't want to deal with garage sales or people comign to your house?  We have the solution...don't we always?!!?

Email replies to Forums and Projects

It's a Premium feature but it's a good one! Now when you recieve a Project update or Forum post notification via email you will be able to respond to it simply by clicking Reply on your email program!  No more needing to log in to post your reply...just make sure when you reply you don't delete anything from the previous message.  You hit send and your post or update is automatically added to the appropriate forum of project.

Boy Scouts of America:�ff,�f,  With the addition of our advancement tracking and custom user fields, we feel our Scout Software (MyScoutLink) is in an excellent position to allow scout leaders to track merit badges and rank.�ff,�f,  Our next step is to seek Scoutnet Certification from the Boy Scouts of America National Council.�ff,�f,  This will allow our users to interface with Scoutnet if their Council still chooses to use that.
